Randal may not like this news but the singular tunes of Barry Manilow are actually being used as punishment for young noise violators.
Some may call being locked in a room for an hour listening to "Mandy" a sort of torture, but I'd call it simply "heaven."
(Although the Geneva Convention may apply if this occurs within the continental United States.)

Oh, my! With such punishment, they're sure doing their best to avoid repeat offenders. I swear I'd die if I had to listen "Mandy" for an hour.
How dare they dirty the good name of America's premier songwriter! A pox and a curse upon these loveless authoritarians!
It would make a trippy detention when mixed with Psilocybin.
Ya know... I liked Mandy... when I was like 13 years old. Not so much anymore. This would definitely discourage me from repeat offenses.
