I knew Diana was the crux of international world conflict. Thanks for that last piece of the puzzle.
Maybe it was a preemptive strike against terror. The NSA has a time machine! They had to be sneaky about it because the hit against Islamofascism (to them, anybody brown and Muslim) was before the "new normal" (aka Bizarro World) of 9/11.
