Ishtar represents the presence of some sort of cognitive dissonance in your life, some deeply rooted chasm between your competing thoughts and actions - Ishtar is so bad, so horribly wrong, yet compelling in a twisted way, those responsible for its creation had to be engaged in some sort of arduous psychological process to stifle all doubt and reason. The question therefore is "what is your Ishtar?"
It's a shot in the dark - I only had average grades during my psych 101 days!
Also - I think Jar Jar represents chaos or anarchy, some untamed portion of your psyche that would cause great trouble and disdain if unleashed.

Perfectly normal dream... until you mix in Jar Jar.
You, my friend, are psycho killer, you just need a really big catastrophe to push you over the edge.
Ice Ice Baby is now in my head. You bastard.
None of that helped me interpret my dream.
I appreciate the effort though OD, Swine and Randal.
I guess I'm just in love with Jar Jar or something. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
