I was serenely independent and content before we met! Surely I could always be that way again...

In celebrating black history month yesterday President Bush said we "purge the country of symbols of intolerance."

Silly President. That's what we're doing this November when we vote your party into oblivion.

Unfortunately, we can't purge the country of intolerance and keep the first amendment. Freedom isn't squeaky clean. (Leave it to Bush to use fascist language in defense of tolerance)

However, voting Bush out would be a good start towards overtly resisting intolerance and that is certainly something we CAN do.

Swine-

Does it sound too much like the dentist?

Don-

It'd all be easier if he was the dictator in charge of freedom.

Zing!

But rest assured, the slime will continue to bubble underground and will erupt again.

It never really goes away, does it?
