This video is pretty sappy but it still choked me up. Charles is an 86-year old Obama volunteer has lived through the Depression, World War 2, Civil Rights and just recently lost his wife of 69 years. Charles won* a drawing at the office to meet Barack face to face.(* If I was the one pulling the name out of the box I would've called out "Charles" regardless of which name was on that card. I suspect this may of been in play, but it's not important to the fact he got to meet Barack.)

I didn't like the perky woman with the asides. Would've rather just heard Charles. Still...felt a tear come to m' eye.

I agree. Charles is the voice here. It's when he starts talking about the young people that I get the cricket in my throat.
Can't watch the Vid at work..... but I think I woulda pulled his name out as well!
I saw in interview with a black lady this morning. She was asked how she would feel if Obama lost the race. The lady teared up and couldn't say anything. I hope America doesn't let that lady and Charles down.
