I consulted the Death Race Judges about the recent series of movie stars such as Keanu Reeves and Lindsay Lohan running over paparazzi and they confirmed my suspicions- points are scored for hitting and killing members of society that are actually valuable. Paparazzi are actually negative points.

Rule 1 to not getting hit by a car: Don't stand in front of them when they accelerate.
Problem solved.
The news rag I read stated that the pap guy (he, he) was actually standing in front of his car.
That means he was being a big-time jerk, as well as being a dumbass.
Maybe he should go play on the freeway, and bring some friends.
