I like some Elvis, but I look at him the same way as I look at Nirvana: they were pretty good, but what is the god-like, they-invented-a-genre BS we've surrounded them with?

It was also David Bowie's birthday as well. I like Bowie more than Elvis. Especially considering how much Elvis sucked up to Nixon--enough said!
